We offer a range of counselling services. Our services are available online or over the phone.

- Tailored one-to-one intervention to understand and manage anger
- Tailored one-to-one intervention to understand and prevent harmful behaviour towards others
- Clinical supervision for student or qualified counsellors (not live yet)
- Sessional counselling for your agency
- One-to-one mindfulness intervention to equip you with the tools to release unhealthy stored energy and create and maintain an emotional calm state of being
